TERMS OF WARRANTY

• Unless stated otherwise, all products are under the warranty of the manufacturer.
• Please be sure to check the product during the delivery of shipment so that the terms of warranty can be effective.
• If you see any defects, please have a report issued and do not take delivery of the product.
• The warranty does not cover the cases where changes are made on the product, the product becomes deformed or the original design of the product is damaged.
• In relation to products made of paper and/or similar materials, the warranty shall be deemed to have become ineffective if the product package is opened.
• Products requested to be sent after being signed and/or written a note with the name of a person are not included in the scope of product returns.

TERMS OF PRODUCT RETURN

• If a product you have bought on our website turns out to have printing errors or you do not like it, you may send it to the address … within 7 days from the date of delivery if the product has not been used and its package has not been opened.
• Terms of product return and replacement shall be regulated by the Law No. 4077 on the Protection of Consumers.
• In relation to products made of paper, the right to return shall become ineffective once the product starts being used.
